TECQ Foundation is directly contracted with National and local health plans for Medicare Advantage. The full-risk model allows us to serve the best interest of our members and providers through value based care. Full-risk contracting arrangements with health plans provides many advantages for our network of providers. Advantages in participating with TECQ include the ability for providers to spend more time to support the complex needs of the patients that we serve, the ability to participate in our pay for quality programs, and the ability for providers to work directly with TECQ versus a health plan.

TECQ Foundation is managed by our parent organization, TECQ Partners, a Texas Department of Insurance licensed Third Party Administrator (TPA) which functions as our Management Service Organization. TECQ Partners provides a full line of services and activities based on regulations set by the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS) and standards set by the National Committee for Quality Assurance (NCQA).
